• A nominal $595 for the first 15 transactions each year, followed by a mere $125 per transaction

• 100% Virtural Office with two desert office locations to serve your clients if needed, Palm Springs and Palm Desert.

Perks & Fees: All in Black and White

• Avail of our PSP in-house certified Transaction Coordinator (TC) at a discounted rate of $300 per transaction side or $500 for both sides
• A reasonable annual fee of $695, deducted from your first commission of the year
• Broker Price Opinion (BPO) – Absolutely no fees, and the agent receives 100% of the commission (this does not contribute to your cap)
• No transaction fees applicable on any PSP agent to PSP agent referral fees
• Partnerships are welcomed and treated as a single entity (only one annual fee per year for partners working and residing together with a combined yearly cap of 15 transactions)
• Access to a comprehensive suite of software including IDX website, CRM, and L2L marketing suite
• Introducing PSP Inside Sales Agent! An agent dedicated to prospecting leads and setting appointments with agents every day - At a 35% fee paid on closed transactions for ISA appointments

Special Scenarios & Associated Fees

• Selling Personal Real Estate: Requires a $350 risk management fee (agents are prohibited from representing both buyer and seller)
• High-Value Transaction Fee Surcharge: An additional $50 transaction fee for every $100,000 over 1.5 million
• Commercial Transactions: A transaction fee of 10% (minimum of $595) and a $250 E and O insurance fee
• Dual Agency Fees: An additional $250 risk management fee along with the required transaction fee on both sides

Referral and Cap Exclusions: Know the Exceptions

• If you refer a client to another PSP agent and earn a referral fee, you're exempted from paying a transaction fee on your referral payment (this does not contribute to your cap)
• If you refer a client to an agent from an outside brokerage, you'll only need to pay a $95 transaction fee on that referral commission

• Tier 1 – Refer one agent and pocket a $350 Bonus for every agent referred thereafter (The referred agent must stay with PSP for a minimum 60 days and close 1 transaction. Spouses working together cannot refer each other)
• Tier 2 – Bring on board 2 agents and watch your transaction fees drop to $350 forever (Agents must have completed 2 sales in the past 12 months and stay with PSP for 60 days)
• Tier 3 – Refer 4 agents and your transaction fees are halved to $175 forever (Agents must have closed 2 sales in the past 12 months and stay with PSP for 60 days)
• Tier 4 – Bring a total of 8 agents to PSP and say goodbye to transaction fees forever (Agents must have closed 2 sales in the past 12 months and stay with PSP for 60 days)
